Where are you located? Do you have a store front?
Where do you make your chocolate?
Our chocolate is made in a Kawartha Lakes Health Department Certified Kitchen located in our home.
What kind of chocolate do you use?
We only use high quality Belgian Chocolate.
What amount of cocoa is in your dark chocolate?
We use a 70% dark chocolate…dark chocolate can lower your cholesterol and blood pressure. The 70% is also less harsh than a higher amount….much more palatable.
How does your chocolate taste? Flavour?
Our milk chocolate has a hint of caramel, our dark has a hint of raspberry and our white has a hint of vanilla
Does your chocolate have nuts in it? Peanuts?
Our ingredient labels are on all of our products. The factory suggests that there is the possibility of nuts being in their production. When we make products with nuts it is the only product that is made at that time, then the kitchen is sanitized so that there is no cross contamination.
Does your chocolate have gluten in it?
Yes it does. It can be in products such as pretzels or oreos.
Do you have diabetic chocolate?
At the present time no we do not! We did find one but the cost we would have had to pass along to the consumer was prohibitive.
Is your chocolate fair trade?
Absolutely yes!!
Is your chocolate organic?
Our dark chocolate is.
What kind of promotional items do you make?
We make a loonie sized coin and a small bar for promotions. They are wrapped in your corporate colours and have your logo on them.
